    USER AGREEMENT

    Introduction

    This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the services and features provided by NiaYou Products and Services Limited (“NiaYou,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). NiaYou is owned and operated by NiaYou Products and Services Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on 30 April 2024 to carry on business as a digital directory and marketplace for products and services.

    By accessing, registering on, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any policies or guidelines referenced herein.

    1. User Obligations

    As a user of NiaYou, you agree to:

    • Provide truthful and accurate information during account registration and listings.

    • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

    • Respect the rights of other users, vendors, and NiaYou.

    2. Account Registration

    • Registration may be required to access certain features.

    • You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

    • Business users must ensure they are authorised to act on behalf of the business they represent.

    3. Vendor Responsibilities

    If you register as a vendor, you agree to:

    • Comply with all local and national laws regulating your business, goods, or services.

    • Ensure all information about your offerings is complete and truthful.

    • Deliver services/products in accordance with the representations made.

    4. Platform Use and Restrictions

    You agree not to:

    • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.

    • Impersonate another person or business.

    • Post, upload, or share any misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or NiaYou’s backend systems.

    5. Fees and Payments

    • Access to some services may require payment.

    • All fees and payment terms will be clearly displayed and subject to your acceptance before payment is processed.

    • Payments may be facilitated through third-party gateways. NiaYou is not responsible for any issues arising from such third parties.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property on the platform, including content, logos, and design, belongs to NiaYou or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose only.

    7. Termination

    NiaYou may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or are engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiaYou disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including interactions or transactions with other users.

    9. Amendments

    We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

    10. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaduna State.
