Welcome to NiaYou, a comprehensive digital platform owned and operated by NiaYou Products and Services Limited, a company duly registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on 30 April 2024. The company is authorised to carry on business as a marketplace, directory service, and digital connector for products and services. NiaYou connects users with a wide array of offerings from local businesses, independent professionals, and vendors of consumer goods and specialised services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). • NiaYou provides a platform for users and vendors to connect. We are not a party to the actual transactions between users and vendors.
• Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations and ensuring their offerings comply with applicable laws.

6. Payments

• Payments may be made via third-party processors. NiaYou does not store card details.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and content on NiaYou are owned by NiaYou or licensed by third parties.
• Users may not use or reproduce our content without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

NiaYou is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kaduna State.
